Key questions about the OOLAT Senate 2027 campaign and the E-31-30 Agenda for Kwara South.
The E-31-30 Agenda is OOLAT’s development framework for Kwara South, derived from the initials of the seven Local Government Areas in the senatorial district: E — Ekiti; 3I — Ifelodun, Irepodun, Isin; 3O — Offa, Oke-Ero, Oyun. It ensures inclusive, balanced, and people-centred development across the entire district.
Born in 1980 in New Bussa, Niger State, OOLAT hails from the Oro Kingdom in Irepodun LGA of Kwara State. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Lagos State University and has over two decades of experience in media and creative leadership — including roles at AlphaVision (Sound City), Trace TV, and as General Manager of Kwara Television. He is also CEO of Playcentre Nigeria and owner of Wedding Channel Africa.
OOLAT is running for the Kwara South Senatorial District under the All Progressives Congress (APC). The district consists of seven Local Government Areas: Ekiti, Ifelodun, Irepodun, Isin, Offa, Oke-Ero, and Oyun.
The campaign is built on seven pillars: Economic Prosperity & Job Creation, Investment in Quality Education, Inclusive Security & Community Stability, Infrastructure Development, Open & Accountable Representation, Optimised Agriculture, and Outcome-Driven Healthcare & Social Protection.
